If so, just wondered how it is working out. Ours are supposed to be here tomorrow via UPS and I’m anxious to get them hooked up and working. I will post here if any problems. Haven’t seen any threads here for the Eclipse so I guess we are all just starting to get them. We paid for ours last June!

Good things come to those who wait…. are you going to use it on Premiere or FCP?

WE got two of them today from B&H. They will go into our two FCP Suites We’ve waited four months so I hope they are “good” things.

Got my eclipse last week, and I’ve spotted a problem. :o(

I’m still waiting to hear from Blackmagic support, but wondered if any of you guys had the same issue:

I noticed that the video levels on all analogue inputs were very high (levels 85%-100% were being crushed).

I tried to calibrate the inputs using our house bars, and noticed that the video and chroma level sliders (in the DeckLink preferences pane) were reversed. (i.e. the video slider controlled the chroma level, and chroma controlled the video level). On the YUV input I can’t control chroma level at all, as the video level fader has no effect.

SDI/HDMI inputs, and all outputs are fine. it’s just the analogue levels on input.

Anyone here having a similar problem?
