Has 5.0b4 fixed the PAL DV output problem?
As I don’t have broadband it’s a big deal to download drivers just wondering if the latest has addressed the problem with PAL DV output via component (as addressed in previous posts).
Is this bug officially recognised yet?

Hi Johnny,
got an email from tech support apologising for the delay and saying they were looking into it. Don’t bother downloading the update for the dv problem because it’s still there. Although I believe it fixes some other issues causing crashes, but if your machine isn’t suffering then I’d stay where you are.
Strange thing is, this is an Aussie company and they work in PAL!!

Hi,
We recently upgraded our FCP systems to 5.0 (Blackmagic and AJA). They both exhibit the GREEN LINE problem. We are also currently waiting for a fix.
Our Green Line is bottom of frame in PAL and top of frame if system is set to NTSC.
I assume this is the problem you are referring to ?
