    Is it Possible to work “Canopus ACE DV IO” Hard ware with Avid Xpress Pro?With this Card can we make TV Out and analogue Capture?Please tell me also about PYRO A/V Link for TV Out and DV Capture.

    Short answer is NO.
    Your only hardware option is going to be the Avid MOJO.
