  Hardware detection

  I have built a mini computer (Shuttle SX58J3) to record HD video on the production sets for instant replay purposes. I am using Premiere Pro CS5 as my recording software with Windows 7. The computer works with the AJA capture cards but I am trying to install the Black Magic Decklink HD Extreme 3D card into another computer and the computer does not recognize the Black Magic Card. Does anybody know of a solution to this problem. Shuttle told me that the computer doesn’t detect the card so too bad. Black Magic didn’t have a solution either. Is there any software that helps a computer detect hardware?
