Hard Shadow renders instead of soft
Hello
Ive tried searching online and cant find a solution to this. Im not a very experienced in AE, but I cannot seem to get my shadows to render as shown in the composition. Ive made them soft, but when I export it, the shadows are hard with no soft edge. Can someone help please?

Hi,
Are you sure to export the right composition? What output format are you using?
How you make the soft shadow? (using fast blur? drop shadow effect? drop shadow layer style? other method?) -
I worked it out. I had softened the shadow and it looked fine when the project was zoomed out. But when I zoomed in the shadow was hard again. So it was a weird preview thing.
