  Hard drive data rate question in MC

  Hello,

  I’m pretty new to Avid. We just bought a media composer SW 2.6.2 + Mojo SDI installed on a dual G5 (10.4.7). It works just great exepts we have very small data rate problems. What are the discs specifications for working with MC. Are FW 800 drives validated for something better than DV 25 ? Can we work with 3:1 or DV 50 resolution on a good single internal sata drives ? (We can work uncompressed SD with those drives in FCP decklnk and Media 100 HD here).
