Has anyone else noticed that the hard cuts in premiere almost look like very fast dissolves?

I wonder if there is some kind of frame rate issue with my sequence?

My video is DVC ProHD 720p30PN and I’m editing in a DVC ProHD 720p60 timeline set to 30fps.

    Any advice is appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Eric

Maybe you should do a small test render to a .mov file, or something, and check if it still looks like that. Cause I’m wondering if it just looks that way while playing back on the timeline.

It’s actually the opposite, it looks fine on the timeline but looks soft in the compressed h264 quicktime movie.
