    Hi..

What is the approch or the “best” way to import a clip I edited in after effect and then export it, so I can give it a final touch inside after effect again?

If the clip from after effect is a long one, and I only need to edit some small sections of it in pI3, how do I dp this? Because pI3 can´t handle long clips ??

    Please advice

This is an After Effects question, not a particleIllusion one. In AE set the work area to the clip you want to export, export using a lossless codec or image sequence, then use that in particleIllusion as reference. Then render the particles alone with an alpha channel, load that into AE and composite.

    Thanks Alan.

Is there a way in pI, when i import my eksported clip from AE, for pI to auto calculate the frames?

When I imported my clip, I did not know the exact frames, so when i am done in pI and want to import the clip back into AE, I want the frames to be accurates as the clip I eksported.

    Please advice.
