  • HAIR – using a clip on a pony tail

Hey guys, I’ve got a woman’s head with hair coming down into a pony tail. The head is turning and I want to put a clip/band on her pony tail that holds the tail. First of all, how can I lock the clip onto the pony tail so it follows the swaying of the tail? Right now, I have it as a child of the head, which would pass but looks stiff.

Second of all, some hair starts to go crazy with stray hairs not behaving even after they are initially all brushed inside the clips opening…the collision isn’t working perfectly. Some will fly out and get out of control. I don’t have any frizz settings, just length, color and specular.

I’m looking to keep the hair into a tight formation at the clip point but let it sway as well.
    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!
    Brian
