    Hair Issue (Why is this happening?????)

    Hi all. I am learning how to use hair in C4D, but I’m having a massive issue w/ the scalp of my hair. I’ve linked photos:

    I don’t understand what is going on w/ the roots, as I’m preeeetttttyyyyy sure it’s not supposed to look like that.

    I’ve used a collider tag on the head itself, and I’ve lowered the stiffness and “hold roots” function. Even if these were at the usual 100%, the weirdness still occurs. All help will be very appreciated.
