    H264 uprez issues in Avid Media Composer

    Hello,

    I’m having issues with my avid project. I’ve imported my H264 files in a 3:1 resolution to do my offline editing. I’ve uprez’d them to get the full resolution as original h264 (after changing the format to HD project) but the quality of the video is not even near the original quality of my original h264. Am I doing anything wrong?

    Import or AMA linked?
    If imported then have batch imported at finishing quality? And of so at what resolution.
