H264 render quality
Hi,
I have found than the renders I get out of AME are not as good as some online video compression utility (https://www.videosmaller.com/).
The video looks better and weight less when using the online compressor.
I am trying to compress an h264 video as much as possible to use as a background on a website and I am quite disapointed by AME.

Why 1920×1106 resolution? I would go with standard 1920×1080 HD specs.
Your TARGET bitrate is….1. That is simply too low for 1080 HD video, no wonder it does not look good. You can have small file size, or you can have good quality. Pick one. Can’t have both.
