  H264, QT or PPro

  I read somewhere that you get better results with the H264 codec by exporting from PPro using the QT “none” setting, and then exporting to H264 using QT PRO…

  Does this really give better results?

  Would I get better results by exporting using another setting from PPro before “reprocessing” in QT?

  Ive tried the QT “none” to H264 routine, and can’t see any difference except the QT file size is considerably smaller.
