H.264 Pro Recorder audio sync
I know this has been talked about previously, but I wanted to re-raise this as a priority for some of us.
The Problem: H.264 Pro Recorder has audio sync problems for longer clips. Definitely unacceptable on 2 hour recordings, and even noticeable at 1 hour. This would be acceptable for a “non pro” device at $100, but not acceptable for a “pro” product that costs $500.
I have contacted support multiple times about this, but they say they have “no interaction with devs”, only that this is a “known problem” and they are “working on it,” but “don’t expect it soon.”
I’d return both of mine, but it’s past my return period @ BH.
Can we get anyone from BMD to comment with more a more useful update?
Anyone have experience with the Matrox products? They are more expensive, but if they actually work it’s worth it I guess.

Hi David,
Not sure if you have already done this but I would recommend asking this question on the BlackMagic forums ( https://forum.blackmagicdesign.com/ ), as the BMD staff seem to be spending most of thier time over there now.
