    hello my name is ki-youngwoo in south korea

    i have a problem with useing h264 codec.

    nomally i make uncompressed quick time movie clip by after effect cs3.

    and i have to change those clips to compatible with web publising formats.

    so i tried quicktime pro and compresser in macbook to make clips change.

    then problems come up to me which is colors little bit changed when compare with original clips after h264 procesing.

    even it happens when change bit rate or not

    so i think bit rate is not the main reason for this problem

    how to make same color result between original clip and h264 changed clip

    please help me out

    my procesing

    1. make uncompressed movie clip.
    2. open that in quick time player
    3. compress by h264 codec in quick time pro
    4. result of size is good but color is bit changed
    5. open second clip which is h264 clip made by quick time pro
    6. window->properties for video->video track
    7. transparency -> blend 100 -> copy dider -> strait alpa

    -> color has changed more good than before but sill different with original
