H ELP file font: too small — changeable?
The HELP file font in VMS is, to me, ridiculously small.
Is there a way to enlarge it?

This works for me, but will affect the display of webpages in Internet Explorer (and anything that uses the IE HTML rendering) as well as the help.
Open the Vegas help window, and click Options > Internet Options (you can do this in IE as well with Tools>Internet Options)
On the General tab click Accessibility, the check the “Ignore font sizes…” option. Your help text will probably increase in size. This is in IE8, and it might be a bit different in newer versions. -
