  Guides in Photoshop

  Hi guys,

  So I’ve been chatting to a colleague at work who has been using photoshop on Windows, and in our office we use macs. He mentioned a feature that the windows had when it came to smart guides that the Mac version doesn’t seem to have.
  I’ve been looking around and I can’t seem to find any information on it.
  He says that the Windows version has a thing with the guides where it will tell you the distance between (for example) two layers or move an image equidistant from one side of the page to another (in a similar way that InDesign would do).
  Is this something that is windows only or are we just being dense, because neither of us can find this.
