growing vines
I searched the internet for this but didn’t find anything similar
is it possible to do growing vines ,but with imported vector files from Illustrator like in After effects with stroke effect… and also – important – I want to animate it with an effector
I have to specify that I want to achieve that with artsmart plugin in which if you have Broadcast or Studio you can enable use mograph and than you use effectors…i tried with different effectors but none give me this kind of animation

Try the Ivy Grower plugin (free). Not sure if it’s animatable in the way you want, but it may be worth a try.
