Grid layout for reference
Does Adobe Premiere Pro CC have a reference grid I can apply over my Program Window so I can precisely frame up multiple different shots that have all been scaled down? They’re scattered all across the window but I want them all in line, or at the very least symmetrical with each other.

Not sure, but you could make a grid with transparency (PNG) in photoshop and then lay that on top in a new video layer.
