Greenscreen plate orbital rotation (noob question)
I’m pitching an idea that requires I shoot a product against a green screen, so I can make it appear in various different spaces. I want to add a small orbital motion to the shots.
If I’m working with static plates, is it easy enough to warp that in a convincing way to match the orbital motion if it’s something as closeup and out of focus like the attached video?
Also attached an example plate for good measure.
Any tips appreciated!

First, apply tracking marks to the green screen, so when you move the camera, the marks move with it. In post, track the marks then apply that tracking data to your plate. Before you make your final composite, using object removal, you need to remove the tracking marks from the green screen. There are many online tutorials that explain the process.

I’ll just add that when you move the camera, make sure you go for largish translations, even if they are not in the final elements you use. Avoid zooms too. This gives the Camera Tracker more information and makes it easier for it to creeate a matching 3D camera.
