  green vert edge line in canvas

  I’m working with photos prepped in photoshop for my ProRes montage in fcp. On some, but not all of the photos, I see a green vertical line on the right of the pic when I view it on the canvas after rendering.

  I think I can fix it by creating a full screen black background layer with each photo that does not fill the screen because of it’s aspect ratio. But, I’d like to know if there’s a shorter fix for this, and why it happens. It does not happen with all the pics, even others with the same aspect ratio, and it only shows up after rending.
