    Green Timeline?

    At all the points on my timeline where there is no video, the empty timeline space is picked up as dark green image. It’s thoroughly annoying.

    I’ve looked through all the settings and can’t figure it out.

    I’m cutting a HDV1080i Pal project.

    Try trashing your constant frames folder in the Final Cut Pro Documents > render files directory. Make sure to quit FCP before doing this.
