Green Screen Photo Booth
Are there any solutions out there like those green screen photo booths whereby the users are able to pick and choose the backgrounds behind their keyed out self portraits, but instead of a still, the backgrounds are looping videos such as stock footage?

Yes. What’s your maximum spending limit? Because that will dictate what range of hardware and software we are talking about using. Also, is this just for goofing around, or to charge people money to act out in front of a scene and have it recorded? Details matter.
