Green Screen Issue
I wrote a while back about an issue I’m having using a green screen.
I am using a green screen for the first time in Avid Media Composer and I figured out how to add my background ok but there are two areas that are a bit shaky. I can’t figure out how to make it stop? Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there another effect to add to make the background perfect? Or close to perfect?

There is a very powerful chromakeyer bundled with your Avid product. Avid FX, otherwise known as Boris RED. With it, there are numerous controls to control the edges and density of your key.
That being said, there is no substitute for even greenscreen lighting and proper separation of your subject from the background. But I have used Avid FX for years to help with less than perfect keying.

I’ve been trying to use the fx filter and am having no luck. The way my video is layered right now is i have my background which is a still picture then my video with a chroma key effect on it . Where does the fx effect go? The problem I’m having is I’m following a tutorial and it’s telling me to go to the media icon and and choose movie file? Meaning, a movie saved to my desk top. What I”m trying to fix isn’t a movie they are clips from my video. I don’t know if this makes any sense but could you maybe walk me through how to use this effect if that would be easier for you?
