  Green Screen but low res

  I usually have green screen shot in HD, with the talent several feet in front, but one project was shot in DV. I usually go from FCP to Motion and the Primatte filter works like magic in eliminating the green. But with DV, when I try to put in a background, there’s a great deal of pixelization around the perimeter of the talent that. Any suggestions?
