Green Line top of screen during Black and Code
When Blacking an HD tape from Final Cut (HDCAM, D5) I have noticed a thin green line at the top of the screen. When I put bars and tone then program to tape, there is no green line. It only appears during the Black and Code. Any suggestions and what the line is and how to get rid of it?

as long as the easy setup matches up with the format you shouldn’t be seeing that.
most decks (definitely hdcam and digibeta) have a “black” mode that can be enabled for tape blacking. thats what I do here.
You can look it up in the manual.
if that helps for a workaround.
