Green Horizontal Line
Hi,
I am importing dv files into FC5 that have been ripped using Handbrake/ mpeg streamclip- my problem is when I load the files into the viewer/canvas/ timeline there is a green horizontal line running down on the very far right side of the screen. It happens in all the windows when I’m watching the clip. When the clip is paused it remains on the right side of the clip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If i’m understanding your problem correctly, what you have is a digital frame line from your source material, which i’m assuming was DVD converted to DV. This is fairly common, in my experiaence. to eliminate/ avoid you will probably have to blow up your frame to hide your right frame edge, probably 2 or 3 percent.
