    Sorry.

I found it. I looked at the german site.

It was the international site :-). My fault.

Most of the materials right now on the AvidFX demo (the basketball court and the text extrusion/ring) are my creations. Did you like them?

    You did that art work?

Yes cool stuff. Where can i find more tutorials for Red?
    Do you have a homepage?

I didn’t do the tutorial itself, that was Tim Wilson. But the materials he uses in it for the BorisFX segment are from me. I don’t have any tutorials myself, but here’s a movie that shows off a little more of what I gave to him:

The result of all this was for Avid to give me a copy of Avid3D to play around with and develop similar materials, but I just haven’t had time to get into it with all of our new OSN stuff this season. If you’re lurking Tim, I swear I’ll get on that software soon!

    Very cool videoclip.
    Respekt. Nice artwork.
You are working for a newschannel i supose.
How long did you need for this clip to finish?

    Max.

Yeah, I work for KEZI in Eugene, Oregon but they’ve now put everything under their Chambers Productions banner. That clip was a collection of things I’d done over the past 12 months – hard to say how long each took, but it was a lot of fiddling around. Hopefully I’ll soon be putting up some of this year’s stuff. IMO it’s not as visually interesting but the renders took much longer. Some 6 second clips were taking up to 2 hours probably due to all the bump mapped objects I was using.

I’m sure I’m missing something obvious, but I can’t find these tutorials anywhere on Avid’s site and google hasn’t taken me there either. Could someone please post me a link?
    Thanks!
