You are a little light on the RAM, anothr 1/2 Gb minimum… perhaps that will help as well.

TO SCRUB AUDIO, YOU MUST TO HAVE CAPS LOCK ACTIVATED.

If you have CAPS lock on the audio will scrub. Also if you hold shift down while moving the playhead you will hear the audio scrub.

Hope that helps with the audio issue

I have a great system, and a bad avid too.

    SISTEM CONF
    WINXP SP1
    PENTIUM 4 3.0GHZ
    1GB RAM
TWO HD: 1 of 80GB (SYSTEM) AND 200 (MEDIA) BOTH SATA
NVIDIA GeForce 6200 para 256 MB(WITH THE LATEST DRIVERS)

My problem has to do with exporting with quicktime… I can scrub audio and the realtime play is OK, but I found that we have tha same brand of video board… does anybody know if it is our problem? My Motherboard is an ASUS P5GDC Deluxe…

I was looking at avid.com and I couldn’t find any restriction about NVIDIA boards…

    Thanks.
    bye.
