Great support — off the chart!
In a time of impersonal and half-hearted technical support I want to give kudos for the goodwill and help over-and-above-the-call that Blackmagic has given me. I’m nobody that they would know. I only have two Blackmagic cards in my systems, but their support people went out of their way to guide me through an issue in a manner that was professional and much more than expected.
Before I puchased my first Decklink SP card I read on the COW that the company handled tech support quickly and thoroughly. I have experienced their great assistance a couple of times in my 3 1/2 years as a user of their cards. I’m here to stay!
