My Kona LH-I died. One call to AJA tech support, a quick RMA, an overnight FEDEX shipment and I’m back up and running.

AJA rocks! They know service and support. They always do.

Funny enough, I also received unexpectedly great (even by AJA standards) support yesterday.
The only thing more rare than finding a company with better support than AJA, is actually NEEDING support on your AJA product!
