  Graphics Card for the non-techy

  Hello, I need some advice of graphics card. I am looking to buy a new mac pro with 8 core processor. I’m wondering its worth updating the graphics card as well.

  According to Mac it comes with: NVIDIA GeForce GT 120, but that doesnt mean much to a non-techy person such as myself.

  I use the following programs on a regular basis
  Maya,
  After Effects
  Photoshop
  Illustrator
  Flash
  DVD Studio Pro
  Final Cut Pro

  is there a graphics card that would be best suited to handle these programs, or is the default graphics card good enough to handle it?
