I currently have a MacPro with an ATI 5770 graphics card. This allows me to run a dual monitor set-up with PPro, but has now Cuda acceleration. I was thinking about swapping this for an Nvidia Quadro 4000 card, but wondered (subject to having enought PCI slots available) whether it was possible to run the ATI and Quadro card together – and also whether PPro would see the Quadro to enable the Cuda acceleration. The point of this would be to have 3 monitors available – 2 for PPros panels and the third as a client monitor, without having to use my (less than perfect) MX02 mini.

    I hope this makes sense!

    Thanks very much

I wouldn’t mix them myself…I’d put the bigger Quadro, and add a smaller, less expensive one…then run them under one driver installation.

That’s my Windows approach anyway…I run 4 displays.
