    Hey everyone,

I have to place a TV Ratings icon into a program that I am finishing up for PBS. They want the icon to be exactly 52 scan lines high. The show is in 1920 X 1080 HD resolution. How would I place the logo directly at 52 scan lines high?

    Thanks

You need an application that will allow you to set or to use precise pixels. FCP doesn’t, AFAIK; there is no “INFO” window that tells you the exact location of your cursor and ther are not grids or rulers/guides. Pity. Using Motion, AE, or Photoshop you can easily create a graphic that fits your 52 line spec. As long as you bring it into FCP at 100%, it won’t change size.

Does PBS also have on-screen coordinates they want you to use?
