TRYING TO USE THIS SET UP FOR FCP X. Was crashing. Took out the quadro 4000 which stopped the crashing but was still poor performance. Read that FCP X cannot have more than one graphic card. Does the Decklink HD Extreme 3D count as a graphic card?

If I took out the Geforce GT120 how would I hook up the mini display plug from the cinema display to the quadro 4000?

If you go to barefeats.com you’ll see that the quattro 4000 is not a good card for FCPx https://www.barefeats.com/gpu680v.html – probably because of open CL stuff even though with some programs it rocks. I could be wrong on this but I think that’s what I see in the reviews – the newer 680s and AMD 7950 cards appear to be the ones to get as of May 2013. The GT120 is not that good too.

Not seeing anything there specific to FCP X. Yeah its not the fastest card listed but it does not say it crashes any of the programs and is certainly faster than the gt120. Can I use both? And if not can I hook the mini display cable to the 4000?
