grainy jpeg output
I placed some jpegs into my video. They are to big so under the motion effect I scale them down to fit my video window. The are grainy. I have several different sizes as they were taken with different cameras. When I use the same photos in premiere 6.5 they look fine. I cannot figure out what to do to solve this? Is it something to do with the .9 aspect ratio and the photos say 1.0? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any help on this issue.
