I’m doing a short animated sequence in AE which is basically a slideshow of pictures dissolving over each other, and I have some titles on there in Adobe Casion Pro, about 48 point. The problem is that the titles look really dull, and aren’t popping. I added a drop shadow and that was a small help, but it’s grainy and pixelated and I don’t know how to fix it.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Anti aliasing? I remember doing that in flash, but I don’t know where to find that.

I did check my output settings and went with the best quality, but after render there is a marked difference in the sharpness of the image, and I’m rendering uncompressed.

On each layer there is a little box with a diagonal line. Is it rough and steppy or a smooth line?

    It’s smooth.
