Graffiti 5 won’t accept serial number
I had a hard drive problem and to reinstall Graffiti 5. Now it won’t accept my serial number? Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Bob,
If you are showing a screen that displays a UPID (Unique Product ID), you can go ahead and send that ID to joec@borisfx.com along with your serial number so I can confirm the product. If not, you can do a reinstall from the free trial link at: https://www.borisfx.com/graffiti/and send the UPID that displays upon install. Once I receive that ID and your serial I can send you back an unlock code. Thanks!
