    Hi.

I want to animate a series of identical objects through a floor (in other words, each object start below the floor and ends stood on the floor – I hope that makes sense?)

I have created my object and used the Mograph cloner to create the additional objects. I able to animate them all to rise into position all at the same time but I want each clone to be slightly delayed so the animation is staggered.

I’ve tried adding numerous Effectors but had no luck in achieving what feels like something that should be relatively simple.

I’ve added a couple of images to try to explain what I have and what I want.

    Thank you.

the simplest way is to use a Pain effector to lift the cylinders but to use a Linear falloff in the Plain effector to limit where the effector works then animate the effector through the clones.

Did you tried the step effector? with the time offset option higher than 0?
