  • Grading Premiere Pro CS5.5 multicam sequence?

    Hello
is there a way to grade a sequence that contains multicam sequences done in Premiere Pro CS 5.5?
I can’t find an easy way to do it. XML export doesn’t work for that kind of sequence. Right now, I’m exporting my sequence as a quicktime movie and I let Resolve find the different cut, but there should be an easier way to do that.

Do you guys have any ideas on how to do that?

    Greetings,
    Philippe

Did you ever find an answer/solution for this?

    No.
What I do now, is that I don’t use the multi cam sequence or:
I edit in multicam, export as Prores, then I put my exported sequence just above the multi cam sequence, I cut it the same way as my multi cam sequence and then I do a new timeline and put my cut sequence on it and export it as Final Cut XML.
There should be a better way to do that…
    If you have any ideas…

I don’t know. I’ve just downloaded Davinci lite to try and move to premiere. I may just resolve to stick with FC7 and Color until I can find a substitute.
