gradient wipe invert problems
hey all, im doing a logo ident for a site atm and i was asked to do the cliche web 2.0 look, easy i thought. I imported the AI file and it was working great, but i started to use the gradient wipe tool to make the reflection effect on the floorspace.
It worked fine working in normal mode but i want to invert the gradient to show the other part of the image and it renders really poorly. No idea why here is a link to a screen dump:

any ideas?

Are you working in 8bpc? Try 16bpc. Have you applied any levels or curves effects to your gradient? These can compress the range of levels. Are you sure the gradient wipe is pointing to the correct gradient?
