Gradient Banding
Hello, I am having a problem with Photoshop CS3. I do a lot of stitching to create panoramic images and I am finding that there are what I call swirls or lines in the image once I have stitched them together. These marks are not on the origianl image. These marks don’t only appear at the stitched areas but throughout the image and is most noticeable in the sky. After posting this issue on other forums, I have been told that this is called banding or gradient banding however there doesn’t seem to be a way to resolve this problem. Does anyone on here know what I can do to get rid of this annoyance once and for all without compromising the image that I am creating?
Your help would be most appreciated,Dave
