  Grad filter in Avid Media composer

  Hi everyone.
  Please can anyone help with a simple effect?
  I need to create a rainy stormy image out of a clody but light cleip.
  I’d like to put a grad filter on it to make it look stormy and dark.

  Effects aren’t my thing (as you can tell)
  I’m using Avid Media Composer Nitris DX on a PC.
