    All,

First my apologies for taking so long on this answer to the question of how often is the GPS information updated to the AJ-HDX900 camcorder? It turns out to be as fast as the GPS data is sent down from space. That time frame is once every second. The Lat/Lon and Altitude accuracy is totally determined by the Government and can be as close as 10-30 meters provided at least three satallites are in view at any one time.

    Hoping this information helps.

    Thanks,

Jeff, that is great news. We had another documentation yesterday where it would have been terrific to record GPS while recording. We do a lot of documentation prior to construction in case there is every a law suit.
I am going to place an order to purchase the GPS option on Monday and I hope to see our HDX900 within a month or so.
    Thanks for looking into this.
