Gott the sequence right…now need some more help.
Thanks for all the help. I now have my project in the correct setting.
Now 2 new questions.Exporting to Motion to redo my opening…what is the correct setting for the movie export? I export 5-7 short clips to use in a motion template. Will be using HD settings for the first time.
Exporting to DVD Studio pro to make their DVD. What is the right setting or movie format? Again how do I get the 16-9 settings for the DVD?

When you send to Motion from your timeline, you don’t have to mess with any settings.
For an SD DVD from an HD movie, put it in Compressor, and select 90 minute best quality.

I have the project correct now. What setting do I export to for a 16-9 dvd in compressor? Should I use compressor or just do it as a Final Cut movie?

Sorry now is my self who got lost.
You have your HD already converted to SD, isn’t it?
Then the best is to send it from FC so Compressor will know what kind of movie you are sending.
Drop your movie in a sequence that match your movie setting. No rendering needed in FC.
Send to Compressor and just apply the High Quality 90 minutes preset as it is. No need to change nothing in the preset. You can even use .aiff audio instead of the Dolby (.ac3). Better sound.
Compressor will work fast because there is no need to re-size, de-interlace, etc.
