We are using GoPro 3 Plus on Phantom II shot at 60fps 1080 wide. Bringing clip into Premiere Pro CC 2014 or CC and it looks ok. Using h264 and Vimeo 720p 29.95 MP4 on the encoder. This is being done on 2013 MacPro with GTX 680 card with Mavericks latest drivers for the card . When I play the mp4 file in Quicktime all the low shots moving close to the ground get a lot of artifacts and ground looks little out of focus at different points in the frame. Altitude pictures are good and test shots from canon XF 100 are prefect.

Can anyone tell me what settings i need to correct this issue in Media Encoder or elsewhere
    Thanks
    Mike

Which exact version of Adobe Media Encoder? 8.0.1?
