GoPro 11 videos will not open in PremierePro. HEVC problem.

GoPro 11 videos will play fine in Windows Media Player, VLC, but not in PremierePro

Error messages I am getting:

Unable to install

mc_enc_hevc.dll

mc_dec_hevc.dll

//Tried restarting, deleting, etc. not success.

Upgrade to paid plan

//I do have a paid plan.
