  Good Quick Time Settings

  I just made a post I think I forgot to post it.

  Anyways, was asking what are some good encoding settings for quick time video.

  I’d like to have some high quality quick time videos on my website like creative cow or lynda.com, but I’m not sure what to choose as I go though the encoding section of AFX CS3.

  I’ve usually used WMV files previously. Quicktime seems more pro for web videos though.

  Would anybody like to fire off some good settings for me?
