Good news for Pany Pro Plasma owners
Last December I bought a 42″ Panansonic Pro Plasma that came with a free 5-year on-site warranty, and it suddenly developed an issue yesterday (i.e. no component input). The good news is, just one call this morning to the 800 number on the Pany warranty and the repair guys are coming out bright and early Monday morning. Thought you guys who also bought Pany monitors would like to know that sometimes a great deal really is a great deal.

Interesting you should mention that Tom, because the Panasonic people told me that anyone living in a place like Kalamazoo, Timbuktu, or even Cucamonga would have to wait longer for service, at least until the repair technicians stopped laughing.

I purchased a Panasonic 42″ HD plasma over 5 years ago and it hasn’t missed a beat – no need for techo’s here! And the picture still beats current Plasma’s today. I only wish HDMI or even DMI was invented back then….
