Going from v7 to 6
I am trying to export a project using XML version 4 in Final Cut Pro 7 but the media is not all connecting in version 6. Any idea why this might be happening?

No. I have done this lots of times…8 times thus far with no reconnecting issues. What happens when you manually try to connect the footage. Highlight all the clips and hit RECONNECT, then point to the drive with the media?

It looks like I had some multi-angle clips in my sequence. I Media Managed them away and now it’s working.
